The thermoplastic random sheet "Flexcarbon" is a thermoplastic non-continuous isotropic sheet that can be used without directional constraints. By fully impregnating carbon fibers with thermoplastic epoxy resin, it possesses mechanical properties comparable to continuous fiber materials and can be molded in under one minute using stamping.
